We cannot agree with results of character tests judged by Mr.Plecháček, at least because of his very unfair talks before start of second char.test.
Mr.Plecháček was cancelled from his funciton by members of KCHBO, because he did not follow rules and strongly prefer aggresive
behaving of dogs (f.ex. one dog, who attacked and bited comitee, got Exc.result, even if rules says "disqualified")
